WITHDRAWAL / PENGELUARAN

Withdrawal through Local Depositor

Pengeluaran melalui deposit tempatan.

Login to your wallet area, under the Payment Method side menu;

1) Click on Withdrawal Main Wallet,

2) Choose your Local Depositor, either Regional Officer/Master Introducing Broker or Introducing Brokers (which you used for Deposit previously),

3) Click Proceed button on that particular Local Depositor,

4) Enter the amount in USD that you wish to withdraw then click on Next button,

5) Verify the given Local Depositor details are true and click on Request TAC CODE button,

6) Enter the TAC CODE which sent to your registered phone number in the box, and click on Confirm button.

Your request will be then sent to Mocaz Funding Division for checking and verification before it will be pass to your Local Depositor for action and completion.

*Withdrawal process will take about 2 - 24 hours 

Log masuk ke wallet anda, di bawah menu Payment Method;
1) klik Withdrawal Main Wallet,

2) Pilih Local Depositor anda, sama ada Regional Officer/Master Introducing Broker ,

3) klik Proceed button pada Local Depositor,

4) Masukkan jumlah dalam USD yang anda hendak keluarkan dan klik buttang next,

5) Verify Local Depositor yang anda pilih adalah betul dan klik pada butang Request TAC CODE ,

6) masukkan TAC CODE yang telah dihantar melalui telefon yang didaftarkan dan klik butang Confirm .

Permohonan anda akan dihantarkan ke Bahagian ke Bahagian Pembiayaan Mocaz untuk disemak dan disahkan sebelum ia akan diserahkan kepada Pendeposit Tempatan anda untuk tindakan selanjutnya.

*Proses pengeluaran akan mengambil masa 2 hingga 24 jam.
